Code of Conduct

BPA is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members and guests. By attending WBC or participating in BPA events, you agree to abide by the following:

  • Treat all participants, staff, and volunteers with courtesy and respect
  • Competing with good sportsmanship — whether winning or losing
  • Follow the instructions of Game Masters and convention staff
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
  • Report concerns to convention staff rather than escalating conflicts yourself

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from events or WBC without refund, at the discretion of the Convention Director.
